How to Support Properties with High EMF Exposures
Many of the recent homes and buildings I collaborated with are experiencing challenges from heightend EMF exposures. Interestingly, my body also experienced similar challenges and required support. Every cell in our body is conductive, so every single cell is in our body is affected by EMFs. Similarly, homes and buildings are conductive, so it makes sense that they would also be affected by EMFs. Below are some tips for physically supporting your space with high EMF exposures.
Consider plugging your home or building address into this AntennaSearch website to see all of the wireless antennas and exactly how far they are from your space. Being aware of wireless exposures is a great first step.
Removing a source of EMF radiation from your space is infinitely superior to leaving it there and shielding from it. Consider unplugging electronics when not in use or using an outlet kill switch or an outlet timer on appliances and corded items that emit high EMF electrical and RF fields including routers, charging bases, lights, fans, AC units, and more. You may also consider removing LED, fluorescent and energy saving bulbs and replacing them with incandescent bulbs. I recommend limiting microwave use and having it tested to be certain there is no leakage that exceeds recommended limits or removing it entirely. It may also be supportive to invest in an EMF Tri-Field Meter to gain awareness of all the exposures in your space. I currently use an Advanced EMF Meter to test electromagnetic fields, electric fields, and radio frequency radiation exposures in the homes and buildings I work with.
EMF exposures become more toxic when they are piled onto an already overflowing total toxic burden in your space. To support your space with becoming more resilient to EMFs, consider removing chemical products as well as artificially scented products from your space. I also recommend eliminating toxic chemical use on your lawn and be sure to give your grass and land plenty of water. Planting flowers and trees can be really supportive (and fun!) as well.
I recommend checking out this shop created by Intuition Physician Laura Koniver, MD for WiFi router shields, outlet timers, meters, and more physical support for your space. If your body is also experiencing challenges from high EMF exposures, Dr. Koniver’s grounding tools and classes may be of interest to you. I personally use the PureGround Grounding cord that filters out and shields EMFs.

Update: A Product I've Been Exploring - Aires Tech
Since first writing this post, I've come across a product I wanted to share with you: Aires Tech. I discovered it recently, and it's become part of how I personally approach my own electromagnetic environment.
What Aires Is
Most of the EMF strategies I've written about here work by creating distance or by physically blocking or reducing signal - wired connections instead of Wi-Fi, shielding materials, turning devices off at night. Aires takes a different approach. Rather than blocking or absorbing EMFs, the company describes its devices as reshaping them.
Here's how Aires explains its own technology, in their words:
Aires says its devices use fractal resonance to introduce a coherent, structured signal that interacts with surrounding EMFs.
The company compares this to a tuning fork: instead of stopping a signal, it's meant to stabilize the field around it.
Crucially, Aires says this doesn't interfere with how your phone, laptop, or router functions - the signals still reach your devices normally.
The company points to EEG and HRV (heart rate variability) testing it has commissioned, which it says shows the body maintaining more stable function in the presence of its devices, even while wireless tech is in use.
They draw an analogy to well-established uses of resonance and wave physics - MRI imaging, wireless signal coordination, holography - as examples of EMFs being shaped to a purpose rather than blocked.
Where I Land
What I can offer is my own experience. I've found Aires supportive as one piece of how I think about my environment, and I'm sharing it in that spirit — as something I'm personally exploring, not as a guaranteed solution. If it resonates with you, I'd encourage you to read Aires' own materials, look at the studies directly, and see what makes sense for your situation and budget.
And if you'd rather stick to approaches with a firmer evidence base, the strategies in the original post above - distance, wired connections, and physical shielding - remain the most measurable ways to reduce actual EMF exposure in a high-exposure property.
