Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Energy Freedom Technologies LLC values the time, preparation, and resources required to deliver high-quality services. By scheduling or purchasing services, you agree to the following cancellation and refund terms.
Private Sessions
Private Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable.
Harmonization Services
Due to the preparation, analysis, research, and energetic work involved, harmonization services, including Express Remote Harmonizations and Remote Home Harmonizations, are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
Requests for cancellation received before any service work has commenced may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Private Chief of Staff, Estate Operations & Advisory Services
Cancellation, termination, engagement scope, billing, and refund terms for Private Chief of Staff, Estate Operations, Family Office Support, Executive Lifestyle Management, or advisory engagements shall be governed by any separate written agreement between Energy Freedom Technologies LLC and the client.
In the absence of a separate written agreement, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.
Digital Products & Downloadable Content
Unless otherwise stated, digital products, downloadable resources, educational materials, and electronic content are non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
Energy Freedom Technologies LLC understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Requests for exceptions may be submitted in writing and will be reviewed at the sole discretion of the Company.
Company Cancellation
Energy Freedom Technologies LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments, consultations, or services due to illness, emergency, scheduling conflicts, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
